Delivery to Ireland
Standard delivery to Ireland is €6, with free standard delivery on eligible orders of €50 or more. Your checkout shows the available delivery options and final charge for your items and address before payment.
Processing and delivery estimates
Delivery estimates vary by product and destination. For the current estimate for your chosen item, email officialtesvoo@gmail.com for the current estimate before ordering, especially for a gift or a date-sensitive purchase. We cannot promise arrival by a particular date unless this has been confirmed before your purchase.

Only destinations and shipping methods available at checkout can be selected. International delivery charges are shown before payment.

Returns, refunds and product guarantees
Changing your mind
For most online purchases, tell TESVOO that you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving your goods. You then have a further 14 days to return them. Email officialtesvoo@gmail.com with your order number and the items you are returning. Any clear written cancellation statement is sufficient; you do not need to give a reason.
Returning your item
We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Do not send goods to a supplier or an address on the parcel without checking. Asking for instructions does not remove your cancellation right or extend the return deadline. Keep proof of postage.
For change-of-mind returns, you pay the direct return-postage cost unless your order included a free-returns offer. Any free-returns promise made when you ordered will be honoured. You may inspect goods as you would in a shop; unnecessary handling that reduces their value may result in a deduction.
Refunds
For a statutory cancellation, we refund the item price and the least expensive standard outbound delivery charge within 14 days after being told of the cancellation. We may withhold the refund until the goods are received or you provide evidence of return, whichever happens first. Refunds use your original payment method unless you agree otherwise. Additional express-delivery costs are not refundable under this cancellation right.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Email officialtesvoo@gmail.com with your order details and, where useful, photos. TESVOO will explain the remedy and arrange necessary return costs in line with your statutory rights. Change-of-mind conditions do not restrict rights for faulty goods.
Thermal tights: additional 30-day guarantee
Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return and refund. Send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us, following our instructions. The return-cost arrangements above apply. This guarantee is additional to your statutory rights.
SnapSip defect cover
Manufacturing and material defects are covered for as long as you own the bottle. Contact TESVOO with proof of purchase to request a replacement. Accidental drops, breakage, loss and misuse are excluded from this additional cover. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
